Books through Cal.com into your Google or Outlook calendar, and only offers times you're available. Set up and tested on your calendar before it goes live. If it can't book reliably for your business, I'll tell you, and it takes a message instead.

Yes. Your phone company may charge for forwarding.

Not yet. Today it emails you the details when the call ends.
Can it book jobs into my calendar?
Yes, where your calendar can be connected. It books through Cal.com into your Google or Outlook calendar, and only offers times you're available. I set it up and test it on your calendar before it goes live. If it can't book reliably for your business, I'll tell you, and it takes a message instead. Booking into job-management software like ServiceM8 is a separate connection, quoted on its own.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, and transcribed. Every call starts with a notice and asks if that's okay.
What does it cost?
A monthly plan with a set number of call minutes, plus a one-off set-up. Extra minutes are charged by the minute. I quote it once I know your call volume.
What if I stop?
You keep your assistant's name, your phone number, the script and the knowledge sheet. The assistant runs on my account, so it stops when you leave.
